Update the outstanding balance on an active gift card

Within the Gift Card Pro dashboard, you can update the balance on a gift card manually.

Go to Apps –> Gift Card Pro –> Gift Cards –> and then select the individual gift card that you would like to update the balance of.

Once here, click Actions –> Edit Amount:

Here you can enter the amount you would like to Debit (reduce) the gift card by. *Please note that you can only reduce the amount, you cannot add more.

Next, add a comment / reason that will appear beside the Debit in the Gift Card Log on the bottom of the page, for future reference.

The balance will then update accordingly and the reason will be logged in the Gift Card Log.
