Can I Upload My Own Gift Card Designs?
Yes, uploading your own Gift Card designs within Gift Card Pro can be done within the Gift Card Pro dashboard.
Go to Gift Card Pro –> Configuration –> Image and File Management.
From here, select the Category that you would like to add an image to, such as “General”, and click on Add or upload images.
Here you will see a pop up window. Select Upload new image.
You will then see the option to Upload a new image.
Here are the recommended specs of the images to be uploaded:
Each file should be a maximum size of 0.5 MB, and either .jpg, .png, or .gif file extension.
Recommended image dimensions are 960px x 600px (1.6 : 1 ratio).
